A unique axe modeled after a children's toy. Thought to be a prototype, but its specs and manufacturer are unknown.

This is a special Casino Voloyal version of Ank Bico
Actual damage dealt with this weapon is highly variable; the ATP listed is the upper limit.
May inflict infection LV4 on enemies.
Has a special sproing sound effect with attacks.
This weapon's name is a mistranslation of Ank Piko, a reference to the Piko Piko Hammer.
