Karl Friedrich Howzer, leader of the Illuminus following the assassination of Rudolph Luntz, is an ambitious man with dark intentions far beyond what few ever lived to tell. More SEED than human, Howzer plans to fully resurrect the SEED and shroud the Gurhal System in absolute darkness to destroy all civilization.

- At the beginning of the fight, Howzer will summon four Delp Slamis to hinder you and your teammates.
- Howzer will cast Megid throughout the battle, prefaced only with a quick warning shout of "Megid!"
- Howzer's arms can stretch great distances, allowing him to attack with quick, piercing jabs from afar.
- Occasionally, Howzer will stop mid-air and fire dual lasers from his arms, sweeping across the battlefield multiple times.
- Howzer can teleport across the battlefield to evade attacks.
- Howzer occasionally will perform a roundhouse kick when you are within close proximity to him.
