Description
This status effect lowers the ATA and EVP stats (physical attack accuracy and evasion, respectively). The Lightning TECHNIC Zoldeel can cause this effect. It can be overriden if the target has the Boost ATA/EVP status inflicted upon them.
Status Levels
LV 1: 11% decrease for 30 seconds
LV 2: 15% decrease for 60 seconds
LV 3: 19% decrease for 90 seconds
LV 4: 23% decrease for 120 seconds
LV 5: 27% decrease for 150 seconds
