Requirements
Weapons and Line Shields in PSU each require a minimum stat in order for a character to equip them. This requirement looks at the base stat before it is modified by equipment or techniques. Additionally, weapons will have a Weapon Proficiency requirement to be equipped, which is based on the character's type.
